So happy to have found this formula! We lost our beloved 4yr. old Bengal to DCM (taurine deficient / grain free caused) so we needed to find a grain inclusive food that didn’t have peas or corn to feed our new kitten and hope he could tolerate it. (Bengals tummies can be very sensitive) . We are 4 months into feeding him this and He is loving it, no issues what so ever and growing like a weed! Such a relief to find a quality food with the list of ingredients we were looking for that he can tolerate!

I switched my four year old cat to the grain friendly variety of this food a few months ago. He can be a little picky and he LOVES this kibble. He is a bit of a hard keeper and maintains his weight very well on this food. I do rotate his kibble and find that he doesn’t have hairball issues on this food like he does with some other brands of high quality kibble. Always nice to not have to clean that up. Definitely a great food. The price is a bonus!!

Nous avons 2 rex cornish et un sphynx et depuis que nous avons essayer firstmate tout est parfait les 3 chats sont en excellente santé, ma plus vielle rex de 9 ans avait des problème urinaire et avait une nourriture de vétérinaire soit disant bonne pour les problème urinaire mais ont devais la mettre sous antibiotique 2 fois par année environ mais depuis qu’elle mange cette nourriture fini les problème urinaire merci firstmate !
J’ai aussi un puppy pitbull et lui ne mange que du firstmate et mangeras que du firstmate présentement la formule puppy le sac gris mais aujourd’hui j’ai envie d’essayer le sac de 40lbs je vous en redonnerai des nouvelles

We have been feeding our kitten this food (combined with wet) since we brought her home. She is healthy,not overweight & has a very shiny, soft coat. Besides, she seems to love it! I did research before I decided on a brand for our kitty & it always had very good reviews & incorporated safe graiins which was my choice. Highly recommeded!

We switched our three cats over from a grocery store brand to First mate at our local pet store. After comparing the two brands we decided to switch to first mate. Our cats love it, they follow us once we have their bowls as they know whats about to be put in it. We have noticed a huge different in their coat the second week of eat First mate. Another thing that we like is First mate is Canadian and made in BC. We are currently looking in to switch our dog to First mate once his current food is done we are really happy we made the switch

Our little Maine coon kitten absolutely loves this food. She was picky and didn’t lile many we tried but when she smelled this one for the first time, she went right for it! The cost is also very affordable for the great product you’re giving to your fur baby.
