Our dogs continue to do well with First Mate and we would not change our dog food for anything else. We always get compliments on the condition of their coats and are asked what we feed.

I just had to write and tell you about the impact your food has had on our life. My husband and I have two wiener dogs, Mandi and Harley and they are the love of our lives. We feed them Firstmate, because it is the first dog food that did not cause embarrassing dandruff in their black coats. A little while back there was a terrible dog food scare and we told everyone we knew that those sorts of things wouldn't happen if they used your product because the produce and meat are locally purchased and you treat our dog’s food as though you were going to eat it yourselves. Recently we were treated to a tour of your plant and I was so pleased to see the level of cleanliness and care that was taken in preparing the food.

My name is Deb Sharkey and I live in Kamloops, BC
I have been using your maintenance dog food now for 4 months and I am very impressed with this product. I have Australian Kelpies and they have the shiniest and healthiest coats they have ever had. Another note is the quality of this food, on every other food they have always had we always had a problem with gas. These were the silent killer type. LOL. Since they have been on firstmate absolutely no gas.

I have a cat that I adopted from a shelter. They had her on a competitor high quality food which I continued for a little while. She is a Domestic Short hair but I noted her coat was very dull and even frizzy at the base of her sine by her tail. One month on firtsmate and she has a very shiny coat and the frizz is all gone.
I just wanted you to know how much I love your products and I tell everyone I meet who has a dog or cat how good the products are.

At present I have 12 Westies and
we use your 'blueberry' product without grain. With it I have NO allergic
reactions and that is saying something for this breed!

I use to struggle with the skin problems that plagued my Dalmatian. Since using this product his coat is PERFECT! I receive numerous compliments on his coat and its softness. He used to have itchy, dry, flakey, reddened areas on his skin and these have resolved completely. Thank you FIRSTMATE!
